Even though we never went to see the vehicle the dealer responded promptly and answered all my questions.
Dealer was pleasant to deal with, vehicle didn't appear to have been reconditioned in any way, just grabbed from the auction, given a quick wash, and tossed on the lot. Which is the way a lot of smaller lots do business, but I'm not looking for something I'm going to immediately have to work on.
Asked about a Camry was told the Ram Truck was still available. Sent back question marks and never heard anything else back. I guess they don't really want to sell cars to people who use CarGurus site.
Fair, honest and friendly. Treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable, no pushy salesman here!

Dealer emailed and I ask question about vehicle but got no response
Responded promptly.
Original advertised price on window on ad was $4999 but when going in person priced was raised by $1000. Test drove a vehicle on Friday. Sat morn called salesman to confirm we would be down that afternoon to purchase and even offered to do a credit card deposit and was told it was not necessary. Approx 15 min prior to heading there (after I got off work), received a call to inform us they sold it to someone else. Poor business!!!!!!
