I went for the first time and it was a fiasco. My cut was good but the highlights were not. I have short hair and they did not have a cap for my highlights, it took two people to do my highlights with there fingers. I chose the color but it was not at all what I thought it would look like, it was orange/red. I will not return to this salon due to fact that it was a nightmare. Ramona when you made the appointment you didn’t request for cap highlights which most of salon they do not use it any more . My hairdressers use foil technique. Sorry you weren’t happy and I don’t recommend you and your boyfriend as a client to any salon.
