Mashonda Smith was able to find a buyer for my home after it was impacted by 2 hurricanes! She stayed positive through some very difficult times. She always kept me up to date with what was going on. She frequently went and checked on the property to make sure work was being done and services carried out. I would gladly work with her again and highly recommend her and her team.

I needed a real estate agent to sell my mother's house and wasn't able to be involved in the listing process, but Mashonda stepped up to the plate and ensured we had professional pictures, house cleaned and scheduled open houses. Upon receiving an offer Mashonda negotiated a solid sale price and handled everything seamlessly addressing all the paperwork and closing requirements.
