Upon receiving an offer Mashonda negotiated a solid sale price and handled everything seamlessly addressing all the paperwork and closing requirements. Mashonda Smith has been an amazing realtor to me on two occasions- the purchase and also sell of my home in Florida. She is extremely professional and my experience in buying a home was effortless.
