Buyer beware. The jewelry in this shop is beautiful, and very unique. However, Cayla, my salesgirl last week, misrepresented the details of a pretty expensive ring to me.. I was with a friend and we asked specifically if the gold in the ring was hollow, explaining that if it was, than I would not be interested in purchasing it. She assured me that it was not hollow. Not good customer service. I went in genuinely interested in the jewelry. Stuffy type of place that if you dont buy anything the mood completely changes. I said thank you for your help after sorting through and not finding the color I wanted in my size. I received a stare with an annoyed expression. When I left the store I said thank you again and said bye and neither of the two women in the store said a word. This is not the type of customer service anyone deserves, specially in a 'higher end' establishment.
