Great food! The service changed since last time we visited - need to order from the table on your phone (QR code) and everything is delivered in take-out boxes (no plates)

I use to come here all the time it was great. I went in yesterday (pretty easy process) but they brought out the wrong food to me and when I did get my food it was not the same. food quality went down so much. It is no longer enjoyable. the “beef bulgogi” looked like shredded pieces of garbage. I also don’t understand why there are no servers but still have people dine in. Having to order myself and get my own drink and still be expected to tip on top for what?

I used to live in Harrisonburg and loved mashita when I was there. I was traveling thru and decided to stop to enjoy their delicious food again. The new business model is extremely impersonal as no one explained anything, and if I am dining in I really don’t appreciate eating from a plastic box. Everything is self serve even the drinks but no one tells you that. We had a lot of confusion.
