Great stuff but awful customer Support. Messaged them once via mail and once via Facebook and didnt get any reply for two weeks now. Edit: we finally managed it!
Came while on vacation from Toronto. This was the highlight of my vacation. Met a cool dude named Ramone who was awesome and sent my girlfriend and I to the coolest parts of town away from the hording tourists. 10/10 would recommend. Hopefully will be stopping back in before I have to leave this amazing city

Literally one of the best bike shops in San Francisco... now if only I biked. Mike is such a great guy, and he genuinely cares about his customers. The people that work there are so helpful with everything, and their music tastes are on point. I walk into the shop, and I'm greeted with friendly faces. I have only had super positive experiences at Mash, and I am so glad I was introduced to this small bike shop by Eddy (who just so happens to work there).
