Extremely dissatisfied with the way we were treated at this dealership. We drove into town specifically to buy a pre-owned Rivian - Maurizio tried having us purchase the next day since he was unaware of how to charge the vehicle. Once inside the vehicle, he knew very little about the car and just wanted us to sign papers and go. When I raised the issue that there seemed to be modifications on the vehicle, that were not disclosed, he again did not know anything about the vehicle. New or used, if you are in the market for an Alpha Romeo, this is a great place to visit. When you get there, ask for Maurizio. Good people to deal with and prices are fair. Maurizio is not a pushy salesperson and will help find what you're looking for, great guy to deal with.
Routine service and new tires for my Levante S. Madelyn was extremely helpful, worked with me to use coupons from Maserati Tampa. Rather than have me wait at the dealer, she got me an Uber to my office in downtown Tampa; Uber will pick me up once vehicle is done.
