The purchase experience has been excellent both times we did business. Great car dealership to work with. Craig Hargis is easy going and takes the time to really get you oriented with your new vehicle.
We recently purchased a Maserati Levante from Eric Apple and Royce Koh. The service we received was second to none! We ordered the car many months ago and since that time Eric been nothing but courteous, kind and has kept us up to date every step of the way. The car took several months to get because it was being built. Even during that time we heard from Eric several times keeping us up to date and to be sure we were taken care of. He is not only extraordinary at his job. He is a kind, caring individual and friend.
We just completed the purchase and delivery of a new Levante. From ordering to delivery our experience with Eric Apple was 5 star and amazing. He was great at keeping us updated on the car's status and even tracked down a giant bow for delivery since it was my wife's birthday. Royce and rest of the team were great to work with and we had a great time meeting Pasquale and hearing his stories of Italy! Also, the basement is amazing! Thanks Eric for belong a friend and for the great experience!
Never followed thru. When i asked more questions about the car, the MSRP, the options, the salesperson simply ignored me. They had the color combo i wanted.
I really enjoy working with Eric there at service. They're down to earth and watch it for their customers. After realizing the urgency of the repair they went out of their way to make things right.

Get use to being treated like Royalty. We bought a used Quattroporte and you'd think by the way are treated by ownership and staff that we purchased the highest priced Ferrari in the World! We can't say enough about the car and the wonderful people at Ferrari/Maserati of Seattle. The the place is immaculate and the people impeccable! Ciao!
