Negotiated a deal for a 2023 Quattroporte via email back and forth for the last two weeks. Haven't heard any response last Friday. Sent email to their sales manager/general manager and the next business day(Monday) the car is taken off the website and the dealer is ghosting me....clearly they sold it out from under me. Not a way to conduct business when spending $95000 plus. Stay clear of these shady sales practices at this dealer especially Kelvin Togba(Sales Product Specialist)/Aaron Schoenack(General Sales Manager)
Srey answered my online lead, and was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond giving the extra personal touch and great follow up. She delivered my car out of state met me at a coffee shop and was very friendly and easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable in her product, always goes above, and beyond, has been multiple follow-up calls, and even gave the extra touch of a handwritten thank you note which you really don't say anymore. * Update: Tom reached out to me after my review to discuss my experience. I ended up purchasing a Maserati and Tom made the process easy and painless. I've reached out to him after the sale and he's been very pleasant to deal with. Thank you Morrie's for wanting to make things right with a second time customer. Sent 3 emails & left 2 voicemails within a 3 1/2 day span to inquire about a vehicle. I got one call back halfway through that period for 10 minutes and then crickets.

I got one call back halfway through that period for 10 minutes and then crickets.....I was paying cash for one of their Maserati's and just had one simple question about warranty specifics and they would've had any easy sale. Either they don't want to sell cars or their customer service needs a lot of work. I will go else where.
