Seth Brown is one of the best, if not the best Salesman I’ve ever had! He listens to what I’m saying and treats me with respect. Two huge factors, especially when buying a (new to me) car. Tho this Jeep isn’t exactly what I’m wanting, I haven’t completely ruled it out yet:) I have dealt with other Dealerships and I can honestly say I will NEVER EVER step foot on their lot again. I purchased a 2020 Ghibli from out of state with the option to have it certified for an additional $5000. After finalizing the paperwork, I never heard back from the dealership about making arrangements for insurance nor having the vehicle shipped. Within 5 days of signing the paperwork, I contacted the dealership to cancel the sale due to lack of communication from the dealership.
