*******ZERO STARS******** My experience with Aristocrat Motors Maserati service center has been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of money. If I could give them zero star, I definitely would. This Maserati dealership is terrible. I’m so regret to bought a Maserati from them. The salesman manager (Joe) is so rude and does not know how to treat the customer. The service manager (Charles) is terrible. This dealership is the worse place that you can imagine. No respect & Zero customer service. Bad, Bad, Bad experience.
