Velocity and Maserati of Hawaii are mismanaged and understaffed. My call to the dealership went to call center agent off site. He told me he will have a sales rep to call me back on a used 23 Audi Q7 that shows up on Maserati velocity website. He can't tell me if it's available. Nobody ever called me back. Later, I found out via my sales rep from Audi Honolulu that Maserati Velocity website inventory doesn't get updated in time and he doesn't think it's available.
