UPDATE: My credit report was pulled without my consent. I had previously informed Pual not to pull my credit report. I had also completed a trade and secured my own financing through my own bank. Now, I must visit all the credit reporting agencies to remove these fraudulent hard pulls from my credit report. This dealership is fraudulent and cannot be trusted. I do not recommend this dealership. !
If I could give this place "O" stars I would. Darwin and Matt were horrible to my husband and. I spent over $5,000 on car repairs and my car is still not working. They never have any rentals and I get "prejudice" vibes from the whole entire place. They are a rip off. Please do NOT go to them.
The service person gave me incorrect information but Darwin was very attentive to my needs.
Salesperson confirmed car was available. Drove 3 hours to this dealership, arrived and we were told it was sold this morning. A courtesy call would’ve been nice. Terrible customer relations.
