Live in Richmond, Virginia currently owned two Maserati‘s the Maserati dealer in Richmond closed and so did the one in Virginia Beach so I decided to drive two hours north to Tyson Maserati great experience excellent pricing and service JC. The manager was phenomenal. Will let everybody know in Richmond to use you guys even though I hate driving through Washington traffic.
Harry and Lee in sales are the best. But service needs some help - bring back Sophia!!!
Complete nightmare. They had my car for almost 2 weeks for what was supposed to be a regular annual service. Sent it back and the engine light started flashing. They had the car for that weekend and it is now Tuesday evening. Brought the car back WITH THE LICENSE PLATE IN THE FRONT SEAT AND NO SCREWS TO ATTACH IT. So the car is not driveable. Next car will not be a Maserati and it will absolutely not be from Maserati of Tyson’s Corner. They will go above and beyond to SELL you the car but the SERVICE is a nightmare.
