Jose and the entire serves team provided excellent customer service. The day I brought in my Alfa for service all required parts were waiting for my car. Overall a great experience.
The staff at Maserati of Tyson's is awesome. Charlie and Shannon. made sure my time at the Maserati dealership was without any problems. When they told me that I would have to leave my car there and that they would have to order parts from overseas for my Maserati. Charlie in the Services Department set me up a meeting with Shannon to get a loaner car ASAP. They work overtime to get me a car.. I had a great experience at Maserati of Tysons Center as always. My service adviser Robert was great and kept me informed of what services needed to be done. I like that he's very knowledgeable about the car. Advisor like Robert makes me want to come back in the future. Richard
Had my car in for tires and service. I needed a state inspection as well. It was there for about a week and a half and when I dropped it off the service advisor told me they were out of state inspection stickers. A week and a half later they were still out of state inspection stickers. I am baffled at how a high end dealership like this allows that to happen. For being a high end dealership the service department is small and cramped with very limited parking. Its also dirty.
