The customer service in this dealership is amazing. They all make you feel like family and super helpful. Very personalized to your needs. Jorge the assistant service manager is extremely professional and helpful. For people like him customer will keep going back and buying/leasing cars from that dealership.
Had them do a prepurchase inspection for my Maserati GT that I am buying. Jorge Rivera the service manager really went out of his way and facetime'd me to do a walk around and point out anything he saw on the car and gave me good advise! Big thanks!
The whole experience with Ray (salesperson )was great. He was polite, explained everything regarding lease payments, trade-in, etc. However, other manager, who was appraising my car, broke the unlock button on my fob, and refused to take a responsibility for that. He told me that he didn’t use it to unlock the door, because car was unlocked. Car, in fact, was locked, before I gave my keys.
