Dishonest, Unprofessional, and a Complete Waste of Time! I drove over an hour each way to see a car at this dealership after specifically confirming my price range out the door — meaning taxes, fees, and everything included. I was very clear about my budget before making the trip. Once I arrived, they completely changed the story and tried to tack on an extra $7,000 beyond what we had discussed. Total bait-and-switch. I recently found a vehicle listed online at Rick Case Maserati that I was seriously interested in. The car was advertised as Certified Pre-Owned—which typically includes an extended manufacturer-backed warranty. When I reached out to a sales associate via text to confirm the warranty details, I was told that the warranty would cost an additional $2,900 for one year or $3,900 for two years.
