I would have given zero Stars if possible! The biggest disaster ever. Carside for many days after my appointment date. Service advisor was abrupt and to the point so I spoke to them service manager. Brought the car in for leaky Tonneaux cylinders. After 5 days in the shop, they told me that there was no way to check out the Leaky cylinders since they didn't have a part number for Maserati fluid & and they suggested it taken to a Ferrari Maserati dealership very far from me! Not very welcoming from all staff, however Adam a service advisor was nice and tried to help me as much as possible.
La atencion muy buena pero me vendieron un problema no un carro para disfrutar ( Maseratti grecale) 2023 0 millas pero mas problemas q un carro viejo y no hay solucion mas de 6 veces en servicio por problemas con a/c , bolsas de Seguridad etc pero el problema no es del distribuidor el problema es del fabricante q salieron malos estos carros 😂😂😂 a las finales nadie te ayuda y se lavan las manos desepcionado completamente de Maseratti
