Outstanding sales experience. Roberto and Bill are professional and know what they are doing. I have been buying preowned cars from Bill for years and he always knows what I like and he always gets it done. Roberto is a great sales rep. He is very conscience and made the experience seamless. After visiting about a dozen or more dealers and after being treated like GARBAGE by them all (lied to, condescended to, being told on the phone and via email there are no fees other than dealer fees only to arrive to see the car and see $2k fee for this, $2k fee for that, reconditioning fees, certification fees, lojack fees, smartgard fees, clearshield fees etc.) - and being told at ONE dealer (Rick Case Kia) that the car I was looking at DID have navigation (when it clearly didn't and getting into an argument with the sale... read more
