I recently found a vehicle listed online at Rick Case Maserati that I was seriously interested in. The car was advertised as Certified Pre-Owned—which typically includes an extended manufacturer-backed warranty. When I reached out to a sales associate via text to confirm the warranty details, I was told that the warranty would cost an additional $2,900 for one year or $3,900 for two years. The customer service in this dealership is amazing. They all make you feel like family and super helpful. Very personalized to your needs. Jorge the assistant service manager is extremely professional and helpful. For people like him customer will keep going back and buying/leasing cars from that dealership.
Had them do a prepurchase inspection for my Maserati GT that I am buying. Jorge Rivera the service manager really went out of his way and facetime'd me to do a walk around and point out anything he saw on the car and gave me good advise! Big thanks!
