Terrible experience here. I brought my car in for a repair and was told that I had a “leak” somewhere and it was going to be an extra $600 to look at it. I went ahead with some other repairs because I didn’t trust it. When I came to pick up my car I waited 30 minutes for a sales person to finish taking care of someone else before o could pay for my repair. The service was rude overall. I drove to the Chicago area from Michigan in my 2020 Levante and I was concerned because it felt like it was handling differently. I brought it into Glenview and they checked my car within a couple hours and gave me peace of mind. The change of weather and rough roads temporarily affected my car. There was no charge, but I tipped the mechanic. I really appreciated their help! Great team!!
Banypal was great. Came in and spoke to him and I could tell he was going to be great to work with. Was looking at a 2022 Maserati and he took the time to explain every feature down to the last part. Will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know in need of a vehicle.
I am absolutely satisfied with their service. I’ve visited this dealer a few times, and every single time the experience has been phenomenal. The staff is always extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. Their sales manager, Dimitri, is incredibly helpful and consistently goes above and beyond for all his clients. All of the sales personnel are friendly, and the entire establishment is spotless. They also have some of the most beautiful vehicles I’ve seen in person. Highly recommend!
