I drove to the Chicago area from Michigan in my 2020 Levante and I was concerned because it felt like it was handling differently. I brought it into Glenview and they checked my car within a couple hours and gave me peace of mind. The change of weather and rough roads temporarily affected my car. There was no charge, but I tipped the mechanic. I really appreciated their help! Great team!!
Banypal was great. Came in and spoke to him and I could tell he was going to be great to work with. Was looking at a 2022 Maserati and he took the time to explain every feature down to the last part. Will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know in need of a vehicle.
I am absolutely satisfied with their service. I’ve visited this dealer a few times, and every single time the experience has been phenomenal. The staff is always extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. Their sales manager, Dimitri, is incredibly helpful and consistently goes above and beyond for all his clients. All of the sales personnel are friendly, and the entire establishment is spotless. They also have some of the most beautiful vehicles I’ve seen in person. Highly recommend!
Domonic was extremely unprofessional and repeatedly failed to understand my request regarding a Maserati MC20, even after I explained it several times. He did not maintain a basic level of professionalism and ultimately refused to assist me altogether. He redirected me to another dealership and ended our conversation by stating, “If I’m not making money or will not make money from what you’re requesting, I will not help.”
