By far the best service experience of any dealership I’ve ever been to, including my Lexus dealership which is a close second.
If i could give a lower rating i would . I own 2019 Grandtursmo that have been at their service facility for a year now and they couldn't repair it . Each time they told me repairs are completed i go there to find out that the retractable top is still opening half way only . They use every excuse in the book , like we need to change new battery for 600.00 and i approved it , we need to change wires and i approved it , their latest excuse is the weather is too cold 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️. John and Tony in service did a fantastic job, The motor on our Maserati Ghibli went bad at 34k which is unusual, put an entire new assembly in. Very happy with the work and their professionalism. Would highly recommend.
Dimitri was awesome to work with, looking forward to future purchases.
