The service department (Mike N. is our usual service person we speak to) is outstanding. For my situation, they were able to get me in and took care of my F Pace in no time at all, even last minute and during a seasonal rush. A few weeks ago, I came in to get my tires inflated and I never even had to get out of my car. I'd highly recommend both the sales and service here.
