I did not have any issues with the sales department. However, it took right at 2 months for them to provide the title for our vehicle. Each time I would contact the dealership, no one would give me an answer, they just tried to say they would look into it and never provide any information. Eunice in accounting was very rude and not worth the effort to deal with. The only person that was helpful was Joe in the finance department. I will not be doing any business with Bob Moore ever again.
