I called them to replace a float switch. They showed up and gave me a ballpark figure of $675. After rescheduling once, they showed up without even letting me know when they'd be here. They proceeded to take apart the sewage tank in my basement getting sewage spilling everywhere. I was then told the whole pump needs to be replaced, at a cost over $2000! After that they just left. I recently hired this plumber to snake a 60-foot drain from the house to the street. He quoted a flat rate of $678, which I was told was the maximum he charges. When he arrived, I noticed he wasn’t feeling well and mentioned he had just had surgery. Out of courtesy, I helped carry his equipment to the basement. Throughout the job, I was asked to provide containers in case of backflow, a brick to prop the snake, and a hose for flushing . I am sure he had this material , but it made his job easier to ask . WOW!!! these guys are absolutely amazing in so many ways - advice A+, politeness A+ My sump pump failed and my basement had 6" water in it. They came next day, replaced with brand new steel pump - total cost $475?!?!?!? How are these guys making ANY profit?? I gave them cash and a big tip. They are in my phone contacts for plumbers forever. UPDATE: called them back June 2025 to install another sump pump and say a completely different side to this company. Very bad customer relations. Fantastic. Had a minor emergency. Called and spoke with Catherine. Very nice to talk to. Told me she'd call Mike and if he picks up (only reason he wouldn't is if he were running loud machine), and he'd call back. He did within 5 minutes. Explained his situation at the time and said he'd be out in an hour after hearing we had 5 people in the house. He showed up in 40 minutes and fixed our problem. Highly recommended.

As soon as I called, they were pleasant and asking me questions regarding my plumbing emergency. Plumber came out within twenty minutes and assessed the situation we were in with plumbing leak in our laundry room to basement. He guided me and told me who to call and how house insurance can help and who to use for my next steps with repair. He came out on early Sunday morning and I’m grateful for his expertise.
