Beware of Double Tip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – I went to this restaurant few times and they hand over a bill with no details and unfilled tip column.Of course i entered about 10% for the tip and signed the bill and was about to leave the place but i was a bit surprised of the bill amount. Finally i asked for a details bill and was surprised that they already charged me 15% hidden tip and i was paying 10% additional all this time.. Bottom line, Ask for a detailed bill before you sign the bill next time.. Greedy people!!
Indian restaurant Great south Indian food. Be sure to go when they have the lunchtime buffet, or the buffet on Thursday night. They have idlis in the buffet on the weekend and Thursday night, which are delicious. Be sure and try the Rasam soup.
Wish I had gone to the buffet instead... Vegetarian indian restaurant off of Parker, I must say our experience was not positive (whatever that eggplant thing was it had way too much oil). However, the naan (pan fried bread) was to die for and the chickpea battered and fried vegetables were fantastic as were the dipping sauces (my phrase not theirs). Masalaa-mmm, mmm Masalaa Restaurant is a delicious vegetarian Indian restaurant. Enjoy the authentic cuisine. Delicacies such as Dosas, Uthappam and Idly which are traditional, fantastic and difficult to find in the Denver area. This is an absolute don't miss.
Great food, horrid service. – We visited Masalaa about a month ago with our kids. First off, the food was delicious, but not very filling. We felt that for the price, we should have been given more. The kids menus are a joke, they're about as much as a not very hungry 3 or 4 year old would eat. If your child is older than that, do yourself a favor and just order the adult portion which doesn't cost that much more. Used to be great, not so much anymore – In Denver we have a huge selection of North Indian cuisine, but for years we have not had much selection for good south Indian cuisine. North Indian usually consists of the spicy curries that we are all familiar with and those lovely Tandoori items like Nan and Chicken Ticca, but South Indian cuisine usually consists of dosas, which are large rolls of rice flour and are stuffed with a variety of vegetables and/ or meats. WHAT A JOKE!!! – Called for a party order for 20 people and said I gotta call some dude named Ashok and 303-506-0798...what a joke?? Its funny, when I go to this place I feel like I'm in India.... You'll get treated like you are in India, with an attitude, tone and get the monkey off your back concept. DO NOT GO THERE... I don't understand; why are indian businesses so rude? Very very good food. Highly recommended. – I have been to many places in USA as my job is consulting and get to travel around quite a bit. I can tell you this place is really great. Food is probably one of the best Indian food you can find in USA. Quality of the food is always consistent. Highly recommended. Whether you want to just order an item from the menu or whether you want to try their buffet, you will not be disappointed. Very authentic Food. Good job and keep it up.
