Food was great -- you can choose all the fresh ingredients you want, place them in a bowl, and present it to the grill chef. Or you can order from the menu, if you prefer. What fascinated me was the concept of the sake bar. We had a drink special, the Cosmo Pearl, a cocktail with sake and other ingredients, an Asian fusion take on the Cosmopolitan. You can drink and eat at the bar if you like.
Absolutely outstanding.
