I worked for this company for 2 years. Just want to put a few red flags on here for future employees who are considering joining this company. MAS sees you as disposable. They do not value you as an employee. You are just there to make their money. Some of the facilities they contract with have mean nurses that will tear you apart ,just because (hence why they need staffing in the first place)... I have worked here per diem for the last few months. I am able to pick up shifts as I want, and there's zero pressure to pick up overnights or weekends, or holidays. I repeat there is zero minimum weekend or overnight or holiday hours needed. I like the staff and have found the homes I work in to be appreciative of us being there. Check them out if you're looking for a side hustle for sure!

MAS is miserable to work for. My wife works for the Bangor office and they never have their act together. You have to harrass them to pay the right hours and they never have your schedule right. The worst part is that they offer "instant pay" but its a completely flawed system they can't seem to work out right. MAS is more headache than its worth.
