It turned out I actually had three bad receptacles in my quad-receptical outlet, so it was a power problem, not an appliance one. The only reason for not giving 5-stars here was because I had removed the top of the washer to make it easier for the tech to look for the problem. I wasn't home when he came so my wife paid the $49 service fee, which she was right in doing, but I would have expected the tech to at least put the top back on the washer (four screws), since he made $49 just for showing up.
The technician (Jim) was very pleasant and considerate. He took the time to explain the necessary repairs to my refrigerator. And when he found that an additional refrigerator component needed replacement that he did not have in his truck, he said he would order it immediately and have it available within a few days. Jim promptly returned in a few days and installed the additiona component quickly, testing the enitre system to be sure everything worked properly. Thank god there are still honest people in this world. Carlos was like a breath of fresh air compared to all the other "top name" companys I had tried before. He was extremely professional, kind and competent. He also gave a VERY good price. Def will be calling him out again!
