My experience with MAS Law was good from start to finish. Jacori and Todd worked very hard to get my case settled. They were always available to answer any questions that I had. I'm very pleased with the service that I received.
My experience started out ok after me and my insurance company did our leg work and passed on what we found out to MAS. After the case was settled we picked up our check and it was made out to me from MAS I asked to see the original check from the insurance company because I thought that the original check should have been made out to me and the law firm and that I would have to sign it along with them. I have yet to see the check or hear from anyone.
My experience with MAS Law was eye-opening to say the least. I was informed of my case throughout the entire process. My case manager Jacori McDaniel was very reassuring when I needed it most. She was dedicated, kept me up-to- date about my case every step of the way. I would highly recommend her team to anyone that needs legal help.
I would not recommend this firm based on my experience. Legal matters are stressful enough without having to chase your own attorney for communication and updates. I retained MAS Law to represent me in connection with an insurance claim, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to a serious lack of communication and follow-through. The representatives at MAS Law were with me from the beginning to the end of my case. My case manager, Jacori McDaniel was essential in making sure that all of my questions were answered accurately and timely. She was very professional and kind and assisted me in every step of the way. If she wasn't there or able to take my call, she always called me right back if not the next day. If I should ever need help in the future I will surely use the team at MAS Law.
