My mother and I have been at this place since after 9am this morning. Tests were run and she was discharged around 2:03 pm. She is still here because they cannot seem to find transport. Just been told we have to wait an hour! She has had no water or even Ensure, which was requested, but not delivered! This is one of the worst facilities I have ever dealt with, not to mention the filthiest!! She was discharged yesterday around 4pm with transport provided!! Go figure!!!
RecommendedI cannot believe how wonderful the staff is at this hospital! My daughter has been in several hospitals for surgery but never met such a wonderful group of doctors, nurses and staff. I really felt they cared. Thank you!
Since moving here I have always heard such bad stories, but tried it for myself because of distance. The nurses/doctors have always been nice. I get in an out and always feel satisfied with me and my 2 daughters care recieved in the ER.
I like it now because I got I insurance and get treated better
Got to say they have taken excellent care of my great uncle not just once but a few times over the years. Wouldn't take him anywhere else. Just realized what this hospital is for. Strokes! Well I would have loved it if I went there when I had my avm/Stroke back in 2008.
The nurses were nice but the lady checking my insurance was not capable. She took my insurance card for over an hour and then I get a bill from an insurance company I had two jobs ago - over 10 years! Then, when I try to call the hospital to refile I get a message that says customer service is 9-5 when the website has totally different hours!
