Deceptive customer service with bait and switch tactics designed to cover up their hidden charges. They came back with an insane price for repair, then held the car hostage until we paid their inspection fee which was never verbally communicated after repeated requests for a quote prior to any charges. If they had verbally communicated the price of inspection as requested, instead of hiding it in the fine print, we would have been fine to pay.
I went to Marysville Toyota yesterday to look at a new vehicle yesterday because it was shown on their website as being available. When I got there, I was told that that vehicle type wouldn't be available until the fall. I was then offered the opportunity to look at pre-owned versions of the same vehicle, at a higher trim package, and a MUCH higher price.I realize that this is the market right now, but to advertise a vehicle on the website as being available (stock number and everything) and not have it is wrong.
