I had the pleasure of having Dr. Stroup and Dr. Hazelbaker for my pregnancy. Dr. Stroup made me feel comfortable, safe, and there was never a question that went unanswered. That’s exactly what I needed as a first time mom. Dr. Hazelbaker was also very straightforward which I loved. He got to deliver my baby girl and he was amazing!! He wasted no time and guided me through it all. I’m so thankful for my doctors that helped me throughout my pregnancy, and even the nursing staff. Very happy with the care I received.

I'm very happy with the staff at Avina. I stopped going to my old OB/GYN for multiple reasons, I'm sure many women can relate. But Dr. Hazelbaker and Dr. Martter have been wonderful, and I'm so thankful I don't have to "shop around" anymore. They've helped me through my pregnancy, and have always provided me with the best instructions and care. They are always to the point and tell me exactly what I need to do to feel better. DO NOT GO TO AVINA. I am horrified with how I was treated by Margaret Stroup and this practice. It was very clear Margaret doesnt read people's charts and that she doesnt care. To start, my sister goes to a different doctor at avina, but had Margaret one day, and it was clear Margaret didnt read my sister chart, because my sister was high risk and Margaret didnt have a clue she almost died her last pregnancy. Excellent experience here. I’ve never had a gynecological exam, but Dr. Stroup put me at ease and answered all my questions. Front desk and nursing staff are very nice as well!!
