I use to come here all the time, but after having to come in every week so they could fix the lifting nails (at my cost) and discovering they aren't cleaning their tools or the tubs for pedicures I stopped going. Now I'm going to a salon in Everett and I have no lifting issues even after 3 weeks between fills.

I just went in today for some repair and a fill. My set was put on Saturday at Tulalip nail. Tulalip nails was horrible!!! Peple, atmosphere, prices and my nails were crap! Mandy at luxury nails did magic! I am picky and expect quality and it really did exceed what I expected! And, it's huge.

I have been a customer for years, I started with them when they were in Snohomish. In the last *8 months bad news, I have been cut left bleeding and told that it was all my fault. I would have stopped going but my family gave me 150.00 gift certificate. My last visit was 6/22/2013 and I will never go back... Bad service by owners that only care about money.... Shame on you Tommy Giving 1 for a rating because I have to , should be a negative #

RUN away from this palce! They are dirty and RUDE. They sat me down for 20 minutes, in a manicure chair and never said a word to me!! I got to lookign and the station was SUPER dirty I walked out, I couldn't risk a fungus or anything, i also didn't want to give my business to people who clearly didn't care about my time.

I WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO!!! My mother had been going there for years (even back when they were located in Snohmish) and when my sister and I would go in, they knew us by name and that we were her daughters and would give us great customer service, speak in English, gave us great prices etc etc etc. Then a few weeks ago, my mother took a friend there.
