I had my first appointment today. I was dealing with an important family issue and couldn't call or leave my 2yr old son when I was supposed to go. I called to apologize for missing my appointment and to reschedule. I was then told that due to me missing my appointment I'm not allowed to ever make future appointments with them. Apparently my son's needs didn't matter at all. You would think that they would understand or have some kind of compassion for the situation. NOPE. DID NOT CARE ONE BIT!!!! I've had nasal issues for as long as I can remember; I constantly have to blow it or wipe it, etc. I finally decided to look into checking if I have allergies. My brother recently found out that he had pet allergies; we've had pets my whole life, so I never put the two together, not thinking much of it. I had made an appointment to see my family doctor I have been seeing for quite a few years regarding a spider bite on my head with noticeable swelling on my face, Dec 10th 9:15 2017 my doctor informed me the knot on my head is not likely related to the swelling on my forehead and face, since that inaccurate and hasty diagnosis along with no meds prescribed the pain along with facial swelling has gotten worse, I was bitten by a toxic spider, my family doctor did not take my symptoms seriously, 2 days later I called Marysville... read more
The entire staff is great I can't think of any of them I would decline to see. I called yesterday morning to get in because I felt like crap for 3 days and was able to see Andy Kruse who is not only a great ARNP but just all around great person. He has so much passion for his patients it's amazing. What he prescribed for me has me feeling better in 24 hours not out of the woods with pneumonia but am on the road to recovery thanks to all he did
