My husband had bought a valentine arrangement from them. When they arrived they were dry and not even a dozen Rose's. When I called I was told that they were aware it was dry but that they couldnt do anything about it at the time. They didnt offer any refund for the product we didnt receive but a 10% discount off if I use them again. We will never use them. I reported them to BBB.

I ordered a dozen roses from them. I only received 11 and the arrangement was very hastily arranged and was not up to a standard that any quality business would sell. My wife called to see if we could get any type of refund or even a partial refund for exchange of the arrangement. They would not work with us at all so I will never do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

They took my Valentine's day order at 6:30 in the morning on the day of the holiday, then delivered a beautiful bouquet of roses to my wife's work by noon. Outstanding service and quality of product.
