This is a LONG overdue 5 star review I am writing here. Mary and Ellen are so so nice and the most lovely ladies and treat you like family from the very beginning. My husband and I got engaged in February 2023 and married in October 2024. And they were amazing from the very start with helping my husband pick out a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band for me. Absolutely love Mary's, all of my wife's jewelry has come from her since we got married back in 2008. Excellent customer service and always friendly just to stop in and talk or get things cleaned. Highly recommend.
I have never been in MARYS store on the IOWA side,only ILLINIOS side which was Diamonds on the AVENUE.LET me tell you they carried quality bling from neck to wrist to fingers!Mary and her mother went out of their way for their customers.I own several pieces of fine jewelry from their Moline store
Everyone has been so incredibly helpful through my fiancé and I’s journey with buying rings. They go above and beyond here and I would refuse to go anywhere else but here. They are all experts and have a fantastic eye on what works for everyone. I am beyond pleased with my experience and the help we have received!!!
Mary helped me design and make a bracelet for my husband to celebrate our 60th anniversary. I'm not sure who was more excited about it, Mary or me ! She did all the footwork to make it happen and it turned out perfect. He loves it!!! She's professional, great at what she does, her staff is so much fun and she made me feel like her new best friend. I highly recommend this business. They are so easy to work with and extremely thoughtful !!!
