The customer service is horrible, and thank God that I found out the truth about this shop and the owner. I found a wedding dress that I loved, and was told it was a "Mary Couture" made by Mary, and that I must by this dress right away for it to be ready for my wedding. It was marked $1,500 - $2,000. I purchased my dress about a year ago. I had instant buyer regreat... it just was not my dress. When I called her back an hour later they refused to refund the purchase but encouraged us to come back and make changes to the dress. My mother and I returned and spent more money (adding sleeves and a belt) totaling the cost of this dress well above 3k.... now here is where the experience declines....
