Can you give zero stars? Talked my step-daughter into a dress she really didn't love (you are so late starting your dress search) and couldn't afford and then told her the alterations (which everyone needs) were $800 extra! Is this normal? AND No refunds under any circumstances even before any alterations made. Long story short, unhappy with the dress, the cost, and ended up wearing a different dress for her wedding.
