Just a horrible attitude. Looked down upon me for the type of insurance I carried. Spoke negatively to me, and just overall was rude and snobbish.
Very poor service, especially if you have medicaid. I was told not to come back because I am paying out of pocket for a procedure elsewhere. While she does offer the same service, she charges 1500.00 more. I was told I would not be welcome back. In addition to this, the dental hygienist did not even clean all of my teeth and was unnecessarily rough. You will be treated like scum. Although I am on medicaid, I am working on my second degree and I work as a medical professional.
Prompt ,skilled and professional. Dr. Head has taken care of my entire family's teeth and we will continue to depend on her to give us the best dental care she has provided for many years. Loyal and knowledgeable staff that we consider " the best"!
