Office staff screws up bigtime Office staff here is completely inefficient! We just received a notice from a collection agency that we owe them $35.00 for a past bill. Unbelievable!!! For all our visits there over the years, no one ever bothered to tell us we owed that puny amount...and we were never even sent a bill! To have the embarrassment of dealing with a collection agency over a tiny bill we would have paid on the spot IF THEY BOTHERED TO TELL US ABOUT It is really the last straw.
