I have been going here for the past couple years and these women here really make you feel like a you're a part of the family. So pleasant from the time you arrive at the counter and the Dr's are excellent. I couldn't think of a better place to come to that will help keep my lady parts functioning lol....Thank you ladies!!!!!

I had a 3pm appt. I arrived at 2:50pm. By 4pm I still had not been seen; was still seated in the waiting area. When I inquired at the front desk about why I had not been seen yet, I was told it was still 2 people in front of me. Lol excuse me? Then what exactly is the point of an appointment? An hour past my appointment time with 2 people still ahead of me is insane. But if I had just not shown up they would be threatening to discharge me from the practice for no call no show. Get it together Penn Street
Horrible customer service you call to make an appointment they won’t allow you to make it for your child talking about HIPPA laws even after you explain the child is of special needs. Customer service is horrible they are rude and disrespectful
