The staff themselves are amazing and incredibly helpful. However, my med provider, Ashlee, I was assigned to was absolutely awful. I felt like I was constantly fighting to be heard about/taken seriously on what I was struggling with and it very much felt like she was picking and choosing what she wanted to accept and treat. I spent months on various medicine regiments with no change only to please with her to please screen me for ADHD.
