Dr. Heavner is such a nice person. He is very thorough and explains things well if you have any questions.
Seems to have been a turn over of staff since I was last. in and for the better. The front desk personnel was friendly, efficient and professional. I was early, but still didn't have to wait long. Maria Pack, the tech, came and took me back and she was friendly and professional. They all answered any questions I had and it was one of the better doctor appointments I have had. I had LASIK surgery a little over a week ago. It was the best decision ever. The staff at Maryland Vision Institute are so friendly and caring. A big THANK YOU to Dr. Stern and Dr. Huzella. Thank you to all the staff as well. Wonderful job.
Dr. Chang in the Maryland vision Institute gave me great care before during and after I had cataract surgery in both eyes. I highly recommend Dr. Chang as a surgeon. The cataract removal and the lens placements in both eyes went smoothly and the recovery was uncomplicated. The attached surgical center was remarkable! My thanks to the skilled staff and anesthesia department!

Had a wonderful life changing experience at the hands of Dr. Chang and his excellent staff! I walked into the surgery center and not truly realizing how bad my vision was until about 20 mins later. My vision has improved 1000x I'm sure! Just a positive and professional working environment and I can hardly wait to see them in about 3 weeks for my left eye! Thanks Dr. Chang😊🌻
