The physicians & staff were very polite and professional. Very open waiting areas and wide selection of eyeglasses!
Everything was top-notch and professional at every point of the process. Dr. Perrault was amazing, and I could not have asked for any better treatment.
I haven't had an eye exam in 10 years so needless to say I was well overdue. I was greeted by Jess Higman who was very friendly, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, and was very proffesional! Dr. Chang took over from there, he was very thorough and definitely knew his stuff. Great place! Plan on coming back to find the right glasses. I would recommend this place to anyone!
Huge thanks to Dr. David Holland for seeing my mother on Saturday in the Hagerstown office. So kind, gracious, patient and professional in treating my elderly mother. Great experience!
After 50 years of severe nearsightedness and asthigmatism.....and 2 weeks following cataract surgery with toric lens implants, I am now trying to adjustto life without glasses or cotacts. Awesome work by awesome proffessionals!!!!! Thank YOU, DR. STERN!!!

I had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Stern. I was rather nervous about the surgery but Dr. Stern, the anesthesiologist and the nurses were wonderful. They are such caring, positive people. The anesthesiologist even held my hand while the first surgery was performed. That helped immensely in calming me down. Thank you for all you do. In addition, the follow up care in Hancock's Maryland Vision site was A-1. Many thanks to Dr. Root and the wonderful staff that works there. I highly recommend Maryland Vision.
