The receptionist Bri and the ultrasonographer Emily were great. Wonderful customer service (yes, a patient is a customer). I would trust this group with my vascular needs in a heartbeat (pun intended).
I made the appointment a month ago for today 10/14/2024 at 9am with the PA. I arrived 10 minutes early as directed. When I arrived I was told I wasn’t on the schedule at all and they didn’t see any appointments for me. Complete inconvenience. Very disappointed. I took a day off of work without pay for this.
