I put in a refill request wensday and they never sent it, monday came around and i had to call 15 times to get to somebody to get a half assed apology, then was told to call back at 2:00 i called 20 times and nothing but a voice mail this place is a joke avoid at all costs! I have seen lines move faster in a sperm bank, have had teeth pulled with more ease this dealing with these people
Never even close to being seen on time. Already waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appt time and still no doctor. What is the point of having an appt? There have been times I’ve waited over a hour past my scheduled appt. This is an issue EVERY time I come here.
Extended hours and great customer service. I work there and really appreciate the staff so far. We realize that you need to come to the doctor's office after work at times. I think it's great that there are extended hours!
Their portal does not allow for messages to be left. Data are incomplete. Referrals do not report their findings and lab data. Sometimes they have substitute physicians not well vetted.
I've been a patient since Dr Dailey was down by Mars in the office in the ditch before Emmanuel LC. I have followed faithfully except for a period I was with Kaiser and they almost killed my husband! MPCP has been there for me even as self pay! I hated Kaiser...
I have been a patient of Dr. Sharma's and she is awesome!!!! Takes her time with me never rushed. The staff is great professional and nice nothing but great treatment and keeps me on top of my health. Been a patient since 2008.
