RecommendedFull disclosure...my wife has worked here for 15+ years. My new #1 primary doc is now Dr. Welch as of a few years ago. Overall, great people, well run office and staff of professionals, both Doctors and MA’s.
Customer service at the front desk is awful with any kind of assistance regarding billing/scheduling and finding a good physician in this practice is like a needle in a haystack
Difficult to see doctors unless far in advance. Leaving practice
I put in a refill request wensday and they never sent it, monday came around and i had to call 15 times to get to somebody to get a half assed apology, then was told to call back at 2:00 i called 20 times and nothing but a voice mail this place is a joke avoid at all costs! I have seen lines move faster in a sperm bank, have had teeth pulled with more ease this dealing with these people
RecommendedMy husband as been a patient of Dr. Behrens and I have been one for Dr, Jett for over 30 years. We rate them as very professional , compassionate and a friend when you need a doctor to be.5 star rating.
Recommended***** plus stars Compassionate and experienced staff. I’ve never in my 30 years have had any issues with the Annapolis location. Just had a tele appt with our Dr. Riebman and Nurse Jessica. He put our mind at ease. Thank you also to the staff who helped me set up Zoom and was very patient with me. We love you all! Please stay safe. WE APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU!!!

RecommendedDr Dailey retired so I opted to see my husbands doctor, Dr. Chite. NEVER have I ever met a more personable doctor in my life. He actually THANKS YOU for coming to see him🤷♀️. He is very thorough and detailed. Talks to us like we are old friends. Love that all the pre-op testing I needed to have were performed right at the same location too. Staff has always been professional, courteous and prompt with my appointments...👏 QUALITY CARE!
HOLY HELL WOULD YOU ALL READ THE HIPAA ACT!!! If I could give you negative stars I would. Worst bunch of quacks I've ever experienced. Be sure to try to understand that HIPAA act, k?
