Where is the Landlord? – That was frequently my question throughout the entire tenancy. Things break in old apartments(at least the case at Maryland Park). Simple things like window screens being broken at move in, you should expect to stay that way. When attempting to contact the landlord, I would suggest trying to catch him walking somewhere. Don't expect phone calls returned, or them to even show up for appointments. Do expect them to show up when it comes time to deduct money from your security deposit though! I wouldn't... read more
