I was a patient there for 5 years. Dr Shalaby passed away 2 years ago and now the staff there is surly and inconsiderate. I would not suggest anyone go there.
I seen Dr.Shalaby for 8 years he kept my pain controlled, Since he sold out to intergrative sports & pain this office doesn’t care about you took me off my pain medication abruptly and I suffered withdrawals , The front desk staff is very rude ! Avoid this place by all means!

I wish I could leave 2 different reviews bc some of the office staff have been horrible and I'd leave a 1 star...however the doctors have always been great. The dr my dad sees really seems to care about his patients and rectified a situation that his staff put my dad in. Never had a problem with the doctors but the staff is disrespectful.
I am almost afraid to put a review here. Since Dr Shalaby left things have happened to me & other patients that make us upset! I have seen patients yell & ask for their records so they can leave. Office staff have been overwhelmed with their work & sometimes the patients suffer due to this. The new office doesn't even have an answering service.
