This place is an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is abysmal! It is so beyond terrible—don't bother trying to reach them by phone because they won't pick up, and don't waste your time with emails because they won't bother responding. I shelled out over $200, and the flowers I paid for never reached their intended recipient. It's an absolute disgrace. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this utterly incompetent and unresponsive establishment at all costs!
