I have been a patient of Dr. Rivkin for approximately eight years, and I can confidently say she is one of the most caring physicians I have ever had. I checked in by 12:00 PM for a 12:00 appointment and did not see the doctor until after 1:00 PM. During this entire wait, there was no communication, no updates, and no apology from the front desk staff. The doctor was excellent—professional, attentive, and thorough—but the front office experience was unacceptable. The front desk staff was extremely slow, rude, and visibly irritated with patients.
