The staffs are not friendly. The are very rude. They treat customer impropriet behavior. My mother 75 hrs old her insurance pay 80 percent and 20percent have to pay out her pocket and she don't speak English. They said you have to pay other wise we are not taking appointments in future and don't come back in here and we were advised to go billing department to discuss about her bills why she have to pay xyz amounts. Dr. Naseh is the best doctor I know. He never makes you feel like he is rushed to get through your appointment. He is kind, answers all my questions and treats you like a person not just another patient he needs to see. I highly recommend!!
I had been a long time patient until today. 45 minutes past my appointment time I asked how much longer and why we're so many people who came in after me being taken first? I was told I was next. 2 more people went back and there I waited. Finally I asked for my copay to be refunded as I could not wait any longer. Then they called me back. Dr. Naseh completed my cataract surgeries in February and March. The result far exceeded my expectations. I see better now than I have since age 12! He took time to explain the procedures and waited until I felt that the surgeries were essential to my quality of life. I highly recommend him to anyone with cataracts. His staff is equally efficient and charming.
The staff our wonderful and very nice. The doctor is outstanding he cares very deeply about your eyes he don't push things on you such as glasses or anything truly a good eye doctor to see.
