Great Experience with Maryland Housing and Community Development I had a very positive experience with Maryland Housing and Community Development. The staff are very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to listen, answer questions, and guide you through the process. It’s refreshing to work with people who truly care about helping others. Thank you for the excellent service!
My issues is with the contractors you guys use,I originally had issues with my house that was fixed and approved.Now apparently there’s a smell that I don’t smell that’s preventing them from moving forward I’ve reached out to the contractor and they said they would get back with me but that never happened.How can you deny someone without proof?
DHCD geniunely goes out of their way to be helpful and serve the community. It was such a pleasure working with the department and especially Alvaro Callejas. He and the others who work there genuinely care about helping people better their situations. They went out of their way to be of service and provide quick and effective responses. I highly recommend and its rare to find a state agency that is so passionate and supportive of the work they do.
