I've been going to Maryland Dental Care for about a year now, and I absolutely love visiting this office for my cleanings! The staff is always welcoming and kind. Today, I had my cleaning with Vicky, who was incredibly gentle and made me feel safe. What makes this office unique is the sense of belonging and care they provide. As a patient, I genuinely feel that the staff cares about my dental health. In my opinion, this is what sets this office apart from the rest.

I’ve been a patient here for years. I used to love it because it everyone was so sweet. However, after Covid, I noticed a negative vibe from the receptionists. Recently, I was having issues with insurance. We called the office and the lady on the phone seemed irritated to help and said it was too much work to check the plan, like that is literally your job. I could hear her suck her teeth like don’t work in costumer service if u don’t want to help. — The hygienists and orthodontist are sweet, I’ll give them that!! —

Dr. Hawk is amazing! I’ve been a patient at his clinic for various years. The staff there is the best! They’re friendly and make you feel welcomed - Aida, Dina, Katy, Joselyn and all the staff are great.
