I was referred to Dr. Carter by my ophthalmologist as they are determining whether my eye problems are from glaucoma or neurological (as I have a traumatic brain injury- from 2016) He ran a few different tests on me after reviewing my prior ophthalmology diagnosis. He confirmed some diagnoses have cleared and my current problem he is questioning and requested I go get another MRI to compare the original to the new. He made a follow up appointment with me in two months

I must admit, I was a bit nervous going into my appointment with Dr. Nathaniel Carter after reading some of the online reviews. However, my experience at the Maryland Center for Neuro-Ophthalmology & Neuro-Otology was nothing short of excellent. I told them I received no follow up calls for this appt and m... read more

I took my father to see Dr. Carter after he had a stroke that affected his vision and all I can say is "wow". What an incredible bedside manner. He was patient, kind and caring. Before we left he printed out information regarding my dad condition so that he had all the information he needed to get better. So happy we were referred to hom. Thank you Dr. Carter

Doctor Carter is a very nice guy. Extremely smart and intelligent. Always patient and willing to explain anything. A lot of doctors don't like to explain things to patients.
