Dr. Zamfirov is the best!!!! He has helped me so much to relieve my back pain without surgery that I have and will continue to refer patients to him. I have been seeing Dr. Zamfirov for over 3 years now and he was treating me for bulging discs in my neck and lower back. Unfortunately my health took a turn for the worse and I now suffer with Fibromyalgia which he is treating me for. Folks this man knows what he's doing and I highly recommend that if you suffer from neck/back pain to make an appointment with him.
My experience with my surgery has been wonderful. Everything was explained to me in detail before my surgery. This made me feel very relaxed the day of the surgery. The staff are great. Very caring, kind and empathetic. This was the best surgical experience I have ever had.
I suffered with horrible pain and diminished quality of life for years due to several herniated and degenerated disks in my lower back. MBSP was recommended by a friend because, unlike some other specialists, they focus on minimally invasive treatment and don't immediately recommend surgery as the first and only option. I would recommend Maryland Brain and Spine to anyone suffering back pain. Dr. Gary Dix was my surgeon. He was amazing. I saw his assistant, Frank, on a number of followup appointments. He was very informative. Finally after three surgeries, Dr. Dix had me make an appointment with Dr. Sharma, for pain management. Dr. Sharma treated me with medication for nerve pain.
